Every Time I Fall is the third book in the Orchard Valley Series. It is about Abbi and Dean. I am not going to lie, after the first chapter of this book I was not convinced I was going to be a fan of it. I was not sure how this would work out and make me happy that Abbi would fall for Dean and have her not feel like second best. However, I am happy to say I was proven wrong. Dean is coming out of a very toxic relationship, like after a chapter or two in very new coming out of it. He has lost weight and has been drinking every night watching this women go on dates all the while she is texting him. Abbi has a lot of self-confidence issues that she's trying to work through and I feel like a lot of her mentality is the mentality of many plus size women; me included, that has a hard time thinking they are beautiful because they are bigger than average, and cannot imagine that she can be beautiful because she is big. So Dean and Abbi decide to help each other out with their issues.
Watching dean go from feeling worthless and lonely and realizing that's all it was with Amy that he was just lonely not really in love to someone happy and proud, overcoming many of his own inner demons because someone does see him as more than a warm body, and actually cares about him and his happiness was great. I did get really mad at him at one point; however I do understand we have to watch him make progress through this. I also really loved the way he made Abbi feel. How he talked to her and didn't just tell her what she wanted to hear. He was her number one fan with her goals.
You don't have to read this books in order but I would recommend reading at least the second book in this series first. This book will have you all over the place in your feelings and will take you on quite the adventure.
