Fight for Me by Corinne Michaels

Fight for Me is the second book in the Arrowood brothers series. This book is about Declan and Sidney, They had been in love since they were kids and had been apart for years when Declan had walked away from Sugarloaf and from Sidney. Throughout the book you see how much both of these characters still care and love for each other but their guards are up and are not willing to give into . They both have so much love for each other and have no issue telling each other and everyone else, however forgiveness and trust is the issue. The first half of the book wasn’t my favorite, I didn’t like how Sydney just let Declan walk all over her feelings, however the second half of the book I could not put down. I was mind blown and my emotions went along the ride with how the characters were feeling. At one point I found myself crying with these characters. I love both of these characters relationships with their siblings and how you see at such a young age these two knew how much they meant to each other, and how much they were each others rock when they had such terrible experiences with their fathers. I would read the first book in this series before reading this one, it’s not a must but you will get a better grasp about how much these two are drawn to each other. The big question about Sydney is answered in this book. However, I will not be giving that answer away. I read this book in one sitting and could not put it down.
